Recover 20–40% of your AWS bill — without the disruption.
Most companies overpay for cloud by a fifth or more. I find the waste and eliminate it safely, via reviewable infrastructure-as-code, so the savings land straight on your margin. A senior engineer doing the actual work — not a bench of juniors.
A fit if you're already on AWS and the bill is climbing faster than revenue — or you're moving to AWS and want it built lean from day one.
Cloud that costs less and breaks less — without a bigger team.
Cut your AWS bill
Recover 20–40% of your cloud spend. Most environments carry that much waste — over-provisioning, idle resources, missing Savings Plan coverage. I find it and eliminate it safely via reviewable IaC, and the savings compound as you grow. It shows up as margin.
Move to AWS, built lean
Migrate off aging or on-prem infrastructure with zero downtime — and with cost discipline built in from day one, so you don't inherit a bloated bill. Production-grade, and yours to own.
Build & run the platform
Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and AI on Amazon Bedrock — the engineering that keeps you fast and reliable without standing up a full in-house platform team.
No sales pitch. A clear picture and honest numbers.
Free assessment
A teardown of your current AWS bill showing exactly what's recoverable, in dollars — or a migration path if you're not there yet. No sales pitch, just the numbers.
Phased plan
Scoped in phases so nothing stops product delivery. Each phase ships working infrastructure — or realized savings you can measure.
Handoff with confidence
Documented, production-grade AWS infrastructure your team can own and operate. Not a black box.
You work with the engineer, not a sales team.
No rotating bench of juniors. The person you talk to is the person writing the Terraform and cutting the bill.
Deep AWS engineering — not just dashboards.
Active Directory auth on Linux — the dependency that traps enterprises on Windows, solved.
A client's legacy .NET APIs ran on always-on Windows servers, authenticating to legacy SQL Server through Active Directory — the exact dependency that normally forces teams to stay on Windows. I containerized the APIs to run on Linux and used AWS credentials-fetcher (gMSA on Linux) so they kept their Kerberos/Active Directory authentication to SQL Server, with no changes to the database or the directory. A strangler-pattern gateway moved traffic from the old APIs to the new ones one endpoint at a time — zero downtime, instant rollback — and the workloads now run on ephemeral, autoscaling Amazon ECS compute instead of idle, always-on servers.
Cut spend ~$400K/year without touching compliance.
A behavioral-health platform at ~$120K/month, cost climbing faster than users. We consolidated over-provisioned EKS, right-sized compute, and closed Savings Plan gaps — all via reviewable Terraform, with encryption, audit logging, and BAA scope preserved end to end. Plus a cost-per-customer metric finance now tracks.
Escaped rising colo costs and peak-season outages.
A growing retailer facing steep year-over-year VMware and colocation increases and brittle peak performance. We ran a phased, zero-downtime migration to AWS with autoscaling and IaC — cutting monthly infrastructure ~35% and eliminating the peak-sales outages that had cost them revenue.
A PCI-aligned EKS platform that ships fast.
A payments startup needed a hardened, auditable platform without slowing delivery. We built a PCI-aligned EKS environment with Terraform-driven CI/CD and least-privilege access — taking deploys from a multi-day manual process to minutes, and trimming ~20% of infra cost through rightsizing.
Held cost-per-customer flat while the user base tripled.
Under an ongoing managed-FinOps engagement, a scaling B2B SaaS company kept infrastructure cost-per-customer flat through 3× growth — with monthly cost and unit-economics reporting, and anomaly detection that caught a runaway job before it hit the invoice.
